Returns:
Our return policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before refunds are completed.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@warhorsepoppy.com.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves before gifting it to you, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
